Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is made up of three pillars, tied together by a CSR leadership committee and our desire to positively impact people (Diversity), our communities (Social), and the environment (Sustainability).

Diversity & Inclusion

The Diversity & Inclusion Committee will work with HR to understand our people and promote a positive culture that supports diversity and inclusion and ensures all people are represented equally.

As a demonstration of our commitment to diversity within the workplace, BGIS recently launched a Diversity & Inclusion Committee. The purpose of this Committee is to improve workplace diversity and inclusion within the business, improve leadership and develop our workplace diversity policy and strategy. This Committee is also responsible for providing workplace delivery advice and direction across all business units and accounts.
