Dana joined BGIS as President and Managing Director, APAC in August 2019 with over 24 years’ experience in executive leadership. She leads a team of 2,000 people who deliver solutions in facilities management, technical services, project delivery, professional services, asset management, workplace advisory and real estate services. She oversees a portfolio of large government, public private partnerships and major private sector clients including Department of Defence, Casey Hospital, Edith Cowan University, NSW Department of Communities & Justice, MCEC, Telstra, Qantas, Optus Stadium, BP, Virgin Airlines and Shell.
Michelle is an experienced senior executive and C-suite management professional with over 24 years of leadership and operational experience in public and private companies and the government sector. She is responsible for profit and loss accountability in corporate real estate and facilities management, across multiple corporate and government sectors. She also leads functional areas such as Transitions and Transformation/PMO. Michelle’s strengths include providing strategic direction, business planning, business development, risk and change management, and driving innovation in service delivery.
Richard leads BGIS’ customer growth strategy across Australia and New Zealand, through new business acquisition and M&A activity. Additionally, as director and board member, Richard drives the business governance and strategic focus for several BGIS businesses and joint venture partnerships. Joining BGIS in September 2003 and with over 30 years’ experience in property and facilities management, Richard is passionate about delivering integrated property services that enable innovation and value creation for BGIS’ clients.
Leanne leads the marketing and communications function for APAC and manages corporate, external and internal communications, brand management, client surveys, digital and graphic design, and marketing program. With over 30 years’ experience in B2B services and professional services in Aust/NZ she has proven to be a results-driven marketing, communications, and client engagement professional with demonstrated ability to lead transformational marketing and communications performance.
Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in large scale commercial contracting, holding various senior leadership roles responsible for all facets of business management and development. His core industry experience includes integrated facilities management, asset management and utility infrastructure across a wide range of sectors including government, public private partnerships, business, industrial and utility customers. Daniel is a qualified builder (carpentry) with qualifications in business management.
Elaine is a lawyer and corporate governance executive with over 20 years’ experience. Her responsibilities include supporting the business to secure major projects across public and private sectors, across multiple industries including infrastructure, health, defence, telecommunications, and energy markets. In addition, Elaine was acknowledged in the GC Powerlist Australia 2022 as one of the most agile, innovative, and exceptional in-house lawyers in Australia.
Sandeep is a senior executive with a proven track record of leading technology teams and building capabilities through innovation, to drive organisational performance. Sandeep is experienced in managing all aspects of technology including IT service management, outsourcing, security and vendor management, with the ability to build strong work relationships with stakeholders and negotiate positive outcomes.
Sarah is a HR executive, specialising in industrial and workplace relations. She has a strong commercial focus and a passion for designing and executing people strategy to achieve business goals. Sarah has a strong interest in reporting, analytics, benchmarking, and systems. Sarah provides counsel to all levels of leadership around retention, talent management and engagement, supporting bottom-line profitability and business growth. She focuses on structure and transparency, whilst fostering innovation and collaboration.
With over 20 years’ experience, Brian is responsible for the development and implementation of organisation wide procurement governance, procurement strategy, and pipeline delivery across multiple categories and geographies including low-cost country sourcing, asset management and call centre functions. With a focus on creating deeper connections between our support services to drive improvements and efficiencies for our customers, Brian is skilled in contract negotiation, strategic sourcing and business transformation.
Tanya sets the vision, leads the strategic direction, and manages the performance of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) and Injury Management for APAC. As a multi award-winning expert in her field with over 15 years’ experience, Tanya has held prominent and influential leadership positions across both government and private sectors. Tanya has a reputation for building organisational culture, increasing risk maturity, leading change management, environmental, health and wellbeing programs.
Amber Smith is a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of experience. Holding a degree in Finance, she drives BGIS’s financial strategy, optimising processes and fostering growth. Known for her collaborative leadership, Amber’s expertise ensures financial stability and guides informed decision-making. Her extensive experience as a CPA, make her a trusted leader in navigating complex financial landscapes and client transitions.
