Telstra

Planning and project management for several major Telstra Exchanges in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra. This included the development of data centre standards, capacity models, site assessments, plant room configuration, structural cabling, AC power racks, DC power racks, budgeting, requirement specifications and design reviews. BGIS arranged the build of data communications networks and supported Telstra with the development of the product offerings related to the exchanges.
AirTrunk

BGIS acted as project director and superintendent for Airtunk in their delivery of a new data centre. This project focused on quality, scheduling, reporting, maintaining budget and existing site interactions.
NBN

The expansion of nine NBN telecommunication infrastructure facilities, requiring liaison with multiple stakeholders across all the state capitals. The works were undertaken in a live and operational Tier III data centre environment.
Digital Realty

BGIS provides project management, construction management and facilities management to Digital Realty’s Melbourne and Sydney sites. Our team provides hands-on facilities management, 24×7 monitoring and emergency response capabilities, and manages all of the service providers and PPM. Our project delivery teams provide support with both their base build data centres as well as client fit-outs.
Vantage DC

BGIS provides project and construction management support to Vantage DC’s APAC data centre expansion and also their operational readiness programs. BGIS has worked closely with the Vantage DC’s operational team to provide a bespoke training platform and bespoke training modules for their operational staff throughout the APAC region.
Maquarie Data Centres

BGIS supported Macquarie on its data centre builds in Canberra as well as power upgrades to their new sites in Sydney. Also working closely with their operational team on critical facility upgrades and ad hoc support with facilities management staff.
Optus

BGIS provides FM across commercial retail and technical sites including training and on-site training programs for all their technical staff.
NEXTDC

BGIS provides project and construction management support for NextDC in their Sydney, Melbourne and Perth data centres as well as design management on their new build data centres.
DCI Data Centres

BGIS provides project and construction management support to DCI’s Sydney data centres, providing support which also includes design management, procurement, construction management, commissioning support and operational audits and training platforms to DCI’s operational staff.
