BGIS is excited to announce the acquisition of ASM Chilltech, a leading provider of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions for existing industrial and commercial buildings across the state of Victoria, Australia. This strengthens our mechanical capabilities and aligns with our existing integrated technical services offering.
