BGIS acquires CMS Engineering

BGIS is pleased to announce the acquisition of CMS Engineering, a mechanical engineering, construction and services business in Perth, Western Australia. The team of over 50 employees provides project delivery of large-scale installation and upgrade projects, and mechanical preventative & programmed maintenance services.

CMS Engineering has a diversified customer base in the Perth metropolitan area and some regional areas of Western Australia across multiple markets local councils, state government departments, utilities, universities, health institutions, and notable private sector clients in both the Real Estate and Retail sectors.
