BGIS acquires Service Resources Limited in New Zealand

BGIS is excited to announce the acquisition of Service Resources Ltd (SRL), a leading provider of facilities maintenance and management in New Zealand. This significantly builds on the scale of our current business, with aligned services in integrated facilities management and project delivery, as well introducing a strong capability in self-delivery and access to a local built out 24/ 7 help desk.

SRL is led by CEO Glenn Donaldson, Administration and HR Manager Annie Glover, and Operations Manager John Bowen, and adds 100 FM professionals to BGIS’ New Zealand team. SRL has a strong client base delivering services to Government, rail and corporate accounts. SRL’s team is headquartered in Wellington, with satellite offices in Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Hamilton, New Plymouth and Tauranga.
