BGIS acquires Torque IP

BGIS is very pleased to announce the acquisition of Torque IP, a leading New Zealand firm specialising in building technology design & advisory services, security, and project management for infrastructure modernisation. Torque IP is focused on complex, multi-site infrastructure projects, delivering services from pilot programs and planning to design, procurement, quality assurance, project management, implementation and refurbishment.

Torque IP will continue to be managed by Mak Kulkarni, Executive Director – Torque IP, and Phil Earl, General Manager- Projects Division, supported by the wider Torque IP team. The national team of specialists is headquartered in Auckland, and will be co-located with our BGIS team in our nine offices across the North and South Islands.
