BGIS awarded General Facilities Management Services for Sydney Airport

BGIS is excited to announce that we have been awarded the General FM Services contract with Sydney Airport. The Sydney Airport precinct comprises T1 International, T2 Domestic, T3 Domestic, associated car parks and all airside and landside spaces. The scope of works includes preventative and corrective maintenance, minor capital project works, building maintenance and associated components such as lighting and low voltage electrical, internal plumbing, external hydraulics, and general engineering. The on-site team will include a dedicated First Response team of trades, supported by the FM Hub providing 24/7 service coordination and call centre capability.

Managing the contract are a team of facilities management specialists, an HSEQ specialist and technical tradespeople including electricians, plumbers, painters and general trades.
