BGIS awarded Property Maintenance Services Contract for Homes Victoria

BGIS is very pleased to announce that we have been awarded a Property Maintenance Services Contract for Homes Victoria, part of the Victorian Government’s Department of Families, Fairness and Housing.

Under the contract, BGIS will deliver responsive maintenance, planned maintenance, vacant works and upgrade works across Homes Victoria’s social housing portfolio. The contract encompasses close to 19,000 properties throughout South Division, providing a strong balance of metropolitan density and regional coverage across Victoria.
