BGIS awarded Real Estate and Facilities Management Services Contract for the Victorian Government

BGIS is excited to announce that we have been awarded the Real Estate and Facilities Management Services Contract for the Victorian Government’s, Department of Government Services. The diverse portfolio of 291 properties covers office accommodation, client-facing service centres, significant heritage properties and special purpose properties like courts and police stations across the state of Victoria. The comprehensive scope of services includes property planning and asset management, property and tenancy management, facilities management including scheduled and reactive maintenance, security services and environmental sustainability services.
