BGIS expands critical environment offering with AREA3

BGIS is excited to announce the acquisition of AREA3, a niche provider of strategic advisory, development consulting, project management and project delivery services to a range of national and international clients across the public and private sectors. AREA3 is renowned for specialist capabilities and experience with data centre projects from concept to delivery. The broad scope of projects spans across many sectors including commercial and residential, industrial, infrastructure, data centres, telecommunications, education, health, defence, and transportation

Led by Charles Penny, Managing Director, AREA3 boasts a team of technical and engineering consultants with expertise in development and construction projects. Recent projects include data centres, hospitals, heavy rail infrastructure, commercial office fit outs, childcare facilities, and telecommunication exchanges. AREA3’s team is located in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane.
