BGIS to provide IFM services to Endeavour Group

BGIS has been awarded the integrated facilities management contract for Endeavour Group who operate Australia’s largest retail drinks network under the Dan Murphy’s and BWS brands and the largest portfolio of licensed hotels in communities nationwide. The contracted portfolio is across 1,150 BWS and Dan Murphy’s stores. The footprint includes 11 remote stores such as Alice Springs and 339 regional stores such as Geelong. The scope of facilities management services includes repairs and maintenance, cleaning, pest control, hygiene services, emergency support, trolley collection, waste and recycling services.

The contract period is for a tenure of five years.
