With more than 20 years of experience across facilities management, capital works and contract governance, he has led major public and private sector portfolios, bringing strategic leadership, commercial expertise and a strong focus on delivering outcomes that align with client objectives.

Known for his strong client relationships and people-focused leadership style, he drives project success through operational excellence, innovation and a commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes.
Robbie Sinclair, Project Delivery Services, State Manager VIC SA
Robbie Sinclair leads the delivery of project portfolios across Victoria and South Australia, supporting complex government, Defence and commercial environments. With more than a decade of experience in project delivery and portfolio management, he brings expertise in governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and operational delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
Sarah Cooper, Project State Lead, WA
With more than 16 years of project management experience across Australia and the United Kingdom, Sarah Cooper leads BGIS Project Delivery Services in Western Australia. She has successfully delivered projects across commercial, government, education, industrial and retail sectors, bringing strong expertise in stakeholder management, procurement, contract administration and the delivery of complex projects in operational environments.
Andrew Turner, Project Director, Department of Communities and Justice
With a background in engineering and extensive experience across facilities services and government environments, Andrew Turner leads the Department of Communities and Justice portfolio. He brings strong expertise in contract management, technical operations, compliance and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record delivering outcomes across large and complex government asset portfolios.
Matt Cordingley, Project Director, Critical Environments
With more than 30 years of construction and project delivery experience, Matt Cordingley leads BGIS’ Critical Environments project team. Drawing on his electrical and technical expertise, he specialises in the delivery of complex data centre, telecommunications, defence and critical infrastructure projects, providing leadership across project management, design development, commissioning and operationally sensitive upgrades.
Lou Rosicky, Project Director, Qantas
Lou is an accomplished Project Director with a background in Arts Management, leading teams in technically challenging environments, and over a decade of experience in complex project delivery across major infrastructure, cultural and performing arts assets. He is solutions focused and specialises in programme leadership, procurement, contract management and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record delivering transformational capital works projects in high profile environments.
Nicole Marshall, Project Manager, Qantas
Nicole is an experienced Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience delivering complex capital works, construction, refurbishment and infrastructure projects across Australia.
