Essential Services for RSL LifeCare

BGIS provides essential services to RSL LifeCare, a leading provider of aged care and senior living residences, and veteran services. The contract involves our self-perform team providing integrated trades services with asset management and a 24/7 call centre. Additional services include room refresh/ upgrades programs, capital works and sustainability programs.

RSL LifeCare sites are predominantly retirement villages and aged care homes, as well as offices, common areas, function rooms, halls and even a museum. There are a total of 4,820 beds across the portfolio, located across Sydney Metro, Newcastle/Hunter, Mid North Coast, Northern NSW, ACT, South Coast and Western NSW regions.
