Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH), one of Queensland’s largest clinical teaching and research facilities, spans seven main buildings over 170,000 square metres. Since opening in 2013, the hospital has relied on BGIS for 24/7 technical expertise, including power generation management, HVAC, UPS, and critical system maintenance. Our team ensures seamless operations, statutory compliance, and performance management. We manage and deliver all hard FM services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems, alongside soft FM services such as grounds management and pest control.
