BGIS acquires DHMC in New Zealand

BGIS is excited to announce the acquisition of DHMC, a provider of housing maintenance and management services located in the South Island of New Zealand. This builds on the scale of our current business in the South Island, with aligned technical services in the management and maintenance of housing portfolios.

DHMC’s team of 85 employees is led by Mark Dore, General Manager, supported by Maurice Blair, Temporary Trade Manager. The head office is located in Dunedin, supported by an office in Christchurch, and employees working remotely in South Canterbury and Invercargill.
