BGIS is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the integrated facilities management services contract for RSL LifeCare, a charitable organisation and leading provider of residential care, retirement living, home care and veteran services.
The contract involves our self-perform team providing reactive and planned maintenance essential services including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic and fire safety services across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
RSL LifeCare operates 27 retirement villages, 29 residential care homes and four veteran and family hubs (with another four under construction) across NSW and the ACT. The sites that we will work on are predominantly retirement villages and residential care homes, as well as offices, related social, leisure infrastructure and even a museum.
“We are excited to welcome RSL LifeCare as a new client,” said Dana Nelson, President and Managing Director, Asia Pacific. “This strategic win establishes our footprint in New South Wales and ACT as an essential services provider in the aged care and senior living sector.”
“This is a significant step forward for both RSL LifeCare and BGIS and we look forward to building a strong working relationship with BGIS to deliver important maintenance and improvements that will enrich the lives of veterans and seniors across RSL LifeCare’s portfolio,” said Steve Thomas, RSL LifeCare, Chief Property Officer.
