Tim Jarvis Sustainability Ambassador

BGIS is excited to announce the appointment of Tim Jarvis AM, as a Sustainability Ambassador to our business in Australia and New Zealand. This advisory role complements our HFM team’s expertise in building efficiency and sustainability solutions. Aligned to HFM, Tim will act as a spokesperson for sustainability, conduct discussions with our clients, guide our corporate sustainability strategy, inspire our employees, and provide thought leadership in the markets we operate in. Sustainability is fundamental to our business and this is a significant initiative to influence and grow our sustainability outcomes.

“Tim’s focus on finding pragmatic solutions to major environmental matters related to climate change and biodiversity loss is aligned to BGIS’ overarching approach,” said Dana Nelson, Managing Director and President, Asia Pacific. “Our team is very excited about the opportunity to work with Tim and improve on our sustainability achievements.”

Tim has over 30 years of experience in sustainability as an environmental scientist, author, adventurer, and public speaker with master’s degrees in environmental science and environmental law. Tim was conferred as a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for services to environment, community, and exploration in the 2010 Australian honours list.
