BGIS|HFM are proud winners of the 2021 Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Awards (sustainability category) for the Primewest Broome Boulevard Shopping Centre Solar Carpark in Western Australia. Australia’s largest regional solar undercover carport (1.3MW).
Video: Solar rooftop installation across 23 court houses, NSW Department of Communities and Justice. The program included installation of approximately 1.7MW of solar and saves around 1,900 tonnes of CO2 every year which equivalent to planting 28,000 tree.

Our electrical engineering consultants are NER registered, experienced and capable of electrical design and network application submissions. They are experienced in identifying and resolving local and whole-of-site switchboard and transformer capacity constraints, substation, or district transformer limitations. Our team identify operational constraints and risks and develop cost effective solutions. With access to the required tools, they can quickly examine intrinsic electricity load profile data, compare, and highlight risks and opportunities across single sites or expansive portfolios.
