BGIS has partnered with Enable New Zealand since 2013, delivering tailored architectural design and project management services for disability and accessibility modifications across the residential housing portfolio.  Our expertise ranges from minor enhancements such as handrails and ramps to extensive modifications, including fully accessible bathrooms, kitchens, structural adjustments, and complex additions.

Over the past five years, BGIS has completed over 10,000 accessibility modifications across 4,955 homes, showcasing our capacity to deliver volume-based work with consistently high standards. Our team includes senior managers, project managers, architectural designers, and administrative staff to assist with the efficient and safe delivery of services. Each project is designed to improve resident’s independence and quality of life, so it is very satisfying for the team.
