HFM Asset Management was contracted by VenuesLive Management Services (WA) Pty Ltd as agent for VenuesWest (VenuesLive) to undertake the tender specification, analysis and recommendation review for the Electricity & Gas tender for Perth’s biggest stadium. VenuesLive is a leading provider of management and hospitality services to venues and events. HFM conducted a comprehensive review of the pricing submissions and outlined the respective recommendations to the client, regarding retailers and length of the contract. Energy cost drives and pricing mechanisms were detailed to the client during the process to ensure that the full contract costs were understood.
Perth’s biggest stadium is now contracting their energy needs in a transparent manner which will allow savings from energy saving initiatives and smart building management to flow through to the venue. After completing this successful procurement process, VenuesLive engaged HFM for Capacity Charge reduction services, to help the stadium have further savings on electricity due to efficient management of the property.
